I went on the hunt for something simlar, yet different, online.

Based on Jim's request, I was looking for a way to create and track expenses, esitmates, quotes, and bids for new home construction -- preferablly, in an Excel spreadsheet.

Turns out, OwnerBuilder.com had exactly what we were looking for!
