Our builder/developer friend said that Smokey Joe’s Cabin sold a few days ago.
Ah well… such is life. We didn’t have high hopes for it anyway. But it still hurt a little that it was snatched right from under us. They wouldn’t have taken our low-ball offer anyway… they got asking price for it.
Lesson Learned: In Williamson County, you’ve gotta act FAST (…even on existing homes!)
