We spent the day looking at a few more properties we’ve passed while driving around Williamson County.
But now… nothing compares to the 5 acres next to Smokey Joe’s Cabin!
We drove back out there, too. Walked the property again. And we are completely excited at the thought of living there.
When we were leaving, we ran into the builder/developer again. Told him about how we’ve been looking at some other properties. But we told him we liked this one (5 acres next to Smokey Joe’s Cabin) best.
We said we’d be in touch after Jim got back from his business trip in Canada.
The plan as it stands right now:
I’m ready to build. Right here. Right now.
Jim’s leaving for Canada in the morning. But we’re pretty darned sure we’re going to make an offer on this lot when Jim gets back from his business trip in a week.
Between you & me… I’ll be glad when this part of the process is over with! It’s becoming a bit of a dilemma knowing which house or property I’m dreaming about tonight!
